Senior Vice President at Oracle Corporation, Business Objects (now part of SAP), and Genesys. A member of global leadership teams. Created billions of dollars of shareholder value through his leadership of business growth. A key contributor to five seed and venture stage technology start-up companies, of which three, Silicon Valley headquartered, sold successfully for high valuations.
Keith’s depth and breadth of executive experience in the Asia Pacific region, knowledge of Asia Pacific business cultures and environments, Asia Pacific connections and networks, is unrivalled. His entire career has been at the leading edge of technology enabled digital business transformation, across many industries and the public sector. Keith worked successfully in the high-performance highly results oriented U.S. enterprise technology sector. Keith’s business governance, ethics and and control credentials are outstanding.
Keith has extensive Board experience. He served for over twenty years on the subsidiary boards of U.S. headquartered public listed and private technology companies, and for more than twenty years on not-for-profit boards including the education sector, charities, and a leading Asian business association.
Keith completed post-graduate executive programs at the London Business School and California’s Stanford University, an MBA from RMIT University in Melbourne, and a Degree in Business from Edith Cowan University in Perth. He is Professor Emiritus of the Graduate Management School of Sun Yat Sen University, Guanzhou, Peoples’ Republic of China.
